We welcome students from excellent and enthusiastic and post-doctoral applications to join the Stevens Group! We receive a large number of applicants, and successful PhD applicants usually receive a first class honours degree and research experience. Successful postdocs will have a strong publishing record. Since the team is usually full, it is best to let potential applicants contact as much as possible one year in advance. ² 获得生物材料、药学/剂、化学、生物医学工程、生物学、高分子、骨科、伤科、中西医结合、免疫学等相关专业博士学位；
相关待遇：
医院和实验室会为博士后提供良好的指导和科研环境以及具有竞争力的薪酬待遇，年薪30万左右（包括基本工资18万及绩效工资）。如入选上海交通大学医学院博士后激励计划、上海市“超级博士后”激励计划、中国博士后创新人才支持计划，基本工资就高不就低，同时享受瑞金医院丰厚的科研绩效工资（上不封顶）。
